Yes. From February 2026, Zero Risk Guarantee is included as standard from Day 1, giving all clients complete peace of mind.
If your attrition rate is below 15% at the point a vehicle is delivered, that vehicle will qualify for the Zero Risk Guarantee for the full lease term. This remains unchanged even if your attrition rate increases above 15% later on.
If your attrition rate exceeds 15% prior to a new vehicle’s start date, that vehicle will not fall within the scope of the Zero Risk Guarantee. Vehicles already in place at the time will remain unchanged under the Zero Risk Guarantee terms.
