Peugeot E-rifter Electric Estate

This is a van-based electric MPV rather than a conventional estate, built for buyers who need maximum interior space, an upright driving position and easy access through wide-opening doors, whether for a large family or regular cargo runs. The GT derivative's 52kWh battery gives a WLTP range of 220 miles, with rapid DC charging up to 100kW taking a 0 to 80 per cent charge to around 38 minutes. Seats-up boot space is a generous 775 litres, extending to around 3,000 litres with the rear seats folded flat. Its safety rating dates back to 2018 testing on the conventional Rifter, so current Euro NCAP performance is not confirmed against today's standards.
