A compact electric SUV from Jaecoo, a newer brand to the UK market under the Chery umbrella, this suits buyers wanting generous standard equipment and a distinctive design at an accessible point in the class. The Luxury trim adds a notably well-equipped cabin for the money. WLTP range for the Luxury trim is around 248 miles, with DC rapid charging topping out at 80kW, giving a 30 to 80 per cent top-up in about 27 minutes. There is seating for five and 480 litres of boot space, extending to 1,180 litres with the rear seats folded. One honest caveat is that this model has not yet been independently crash tested by Euro NCAP, so no safety star rating is currently available.
