Ford Puma Gen-e Electric Hatchback Special Editions

Ford's popular small SUV gets a fully electric drivetrain here, aimed at drivers who already rate the regular Puma's sharp handling and want to bring that character to an EV without stepping up to a larger crossover. The Black Edition derivative's 47kWh battery offers a WLTP range of 251 miles, with rapid DC charging up to 100kW for a 10 to 80 per cent top-up in around 23 minutes. Boot space totals 523 litres including the underfloor Gigabox storage compartment, extending to 1,283 litres with the rear seats folded. Euro NCAP's four-star rating for the standard Puma has been extended to the Gen-E after further testing.
