Frequently asked questions

Am I eligible to join the EV salary sacrifice scheme?

If you’re an employer, the general rule of thumb is that your business will need to have been trading for at least 2 years and be profitable. There are some exceptions though, so you can use our eligibility checker to know for sure.

If it's cost-neutral, how do you make your money?

Our service fee is the equivalent of the Employer's NIC Savings - ensuring it remains cost-neutral for your business. As a B Corp certified business, our pricing is transparent in order to prioritise employee savings and employer trust over short-term profits.

Does loveelectric support employers if a driver leaves?

Yes — loveelectric includes our market-leading Zero Risk Guarantee (ZRG), designed to support employers if an employee leaves during their lease.

We know that long-term contracts can feel uncertain for businesses. That’s why our Zero Risk Guarantee is built to reduce financial risk and give employers greater peace of mind from Day 1 when offering EV salary sacrifice.

Will this become an admin headache?

No. Most employers spend 15-30 minutes a month on scheme admin. Simply approve orders and make a single adjustment to payroll - we provide concise templates and an easy-to-follow guide for the payroll adjustments.

Is it going to mess up our payroll systems?

No. We provide a simple monthly payroll report, which has been designed to integrate smoothly with most payroll systems.
